Microsoft is set to make Call of Dutys chapter available, on its Xbox Game Pass subscription service, a move that will surely excite fans of the first person shooter series. According to The Wall Street Journal this announcement is expected to be made during the Xbox showcase on June 9th.

The decision to add Call of Duty to Xbox Game Pass has sparked discussions at Microsoft with some voicing concerns about impacts on traditional sales revenue. Typically Call of Duty games are priced at around $70 or higher. Each release garners an average sale of, over 20 million copies.
